Ditec CROSS is a powerful automation solution for sliding gates up to 3,500 kg in weight, engineered for residential, commercial, and industrial use. It’s built to handle gates up to 60 m wide, making it ideal for heavy-duty applications where durability, performance, and smooth operation are essential. The system is available with either a robust 230 Vac control panel or an advanced inverter-based unit for enhanced precision.

The integrated LCA85 digital control panel offers accurate stroke management, thanks to Ditec’s proprietary Virtual Encoder, which ensures safe and precise positioning at every stage. Speed, thrust, and ramp profiles are fully adjustable, with performance optimised even in adverse conditions. The system's electronics preserve the hardware by controlling acceleration, deceleration, and torque output.

CROSS is designed for long-term reliability, featuring a steel worm screw, irreversible gear motor, and components tested to perform in extreme temperatures from -35°C to +55°C. Safety and convenience are built in with features like electric braking, a manual release system, integrated diagnostics, and over 100 configurable parameters including obstacle sensitivity, energy-saving mode, and Power Boost for extra thrust during heavy loads.
